Ultimately, being a General Manager at Steepleton
is about more than just managing property; it's
about nurturing a thriving community. Each day
I'm reminded of the importance of fostering a
sense of belonging and ensuring our residents
lead fulfilling and joyful lives. I really enjoy having
such a varied role but mostly, I love meeting
so many of our residents and being part of their
lives here at Steepleton.
Wellness spa checks
Twice daily, I ensure the wellness spa is in
perfect condition. Water pH levels are checked
meticulously, and the area is kept spotlessly
clean and tidy to ensure a safe and relaxing
environment for our residents.

Connecting
with residents
One of the most rewarding aspects of my role
is connecting with the residents. I make sure
I pop into as many activities as I can, sharing
a laugh and hearing their stories. I love to see
the residents enjoying themselves but it's
also important that I drop in to see if there
is any feedback that I can take on board for
any future activities.
